By making a reservation at Seabreeze Bed & Breakfast, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
1. Reservation Policy
- A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation email from Seabreeze Bed & Breakfast.
- Minimum Stay Requirement: A minimum stay of two nights is required for all reservations.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations Made 21 Days or More Before Check-In:
- Cancellations made at least 21 days before your scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations Made 14-20 Days Before Check-In:
- Cancellations made between 14 and 20 days before your scheduled check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation cost.
- Cancellations Made Less Than 14 Days Before Check-In:
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before your scheduled check-in date, or in the case of a no-show, will be charged 100% of the total reservation cost.
3. Changes to Reservations
- Modification Requests:
- Any requests to modify your reservation (e.g., changes to the check-in or check-out date) must be made at least 7 days before your scheduled check-in date. Changes are subject to availability.
- Minimum Stay Adjustment: Reservations with a two-night minimum stay cannot be reduced to a one-night stay. Any modifications that attempt to change a two-night booking to a one-night booking will not be permitted.
- Shortened Stays:
- In the event of an early departure, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the stay.
4. Group Bookings
- Group bookings of 3 rooms or more are subject to a different cancellation policy, which will be provided at the time of booking.
- Group bookings may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the reservation.
5. Special Circumstances
- Force Majeure:
- In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), Seabreeze Bed & Breakfast reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations. In such cases, guests will be offered the option to reschedule their stay or receive a refund.

- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
